How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse the products, add your desired items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as other secure payment options shown at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped or entered the production stage. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@collectedabode.com.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do?
Please contact us at support@collectedabode.com immediately. If your order has not yet gone into production or been shipped, we may be able to update the address. Once production or shipping has begun, address changes are no longer possible, and any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment may be declined due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or security flags from your bank. Please double-check your information or try an alternate payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank directly.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Orders typically ship within 3-7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. For further assistance, please contact our support team at support@collectedabode.com.
How long does shipping takes?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the fulfillment center. On average, domestic orders take 7-10 business days, and international orders may take 10-20 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by using the "Track Your Order" link on our website.
Why isn't my tracking information updating?
Tracking information can sometimes take 1-2 days to update after your order has shipped. If there are no updates after 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.
What should I do if my order is delayed?
Please know that our delivery estimates are based on projected production timelines. If delays occur, we’ll notify you via email. For concerns beyond 15 days of no tracking update, please reach out to us.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If your package is lost in transit, contact support@collectedabode.com. We’ll investigate and offer a resolution. Please note: we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
What if my tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive anything?
Please check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If the package remains missing, contact the carrier for assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds for items marked as delivered.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address?
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will hold it until we hear from you. You will be responsible for any reshipping fees. Refunds cannot be issued in these cases.
Do you accept return requests?
Returns are accepted only under our standard return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.
Pre-order items cannot be returned or canceled before they are shipped.
Hand-made items' colors and sizes may vary. All customer choice/buyer’s remorse returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
No merchandise can be returned without prior authorization.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@collectedabode.com with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
- Due to handcrafted techniques, there will be some variations in color, texture, and finish, as well as slight irregularities. These are not considered flaws or defects.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received an incorrect item, please get in touch with us at support@collectedabode.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
How do refunds work?
Refunds (when applicable) are processed after returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your original payment method.
Who pays for return shipping?
As mentioned, no merchandise can be returned without prior authorization. An RMA# will be issued to you, FedEx return labels will be emailed to you, or instructions will be provided.
You can apply the label(s) to your box(es) and hand them to your FedEx delivery driver at your next visit.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Why was my order shipped in multiple packages?
Since we ship from multiple warehouses, your items may be sent separately if they are fulfilled from different locations.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Yes! We occasionally run sales and promotions. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for the latest deals.
